Cocktails at Kerrys

My beautiful friend Kerry decided to have a cocktail afternoon.  We set about pureeing strawberries and crushing ice to mix with champagne and vodka.  They were so good that I didn't even get a photo!  I managed to get one in Kerry's hand.  Kerry grows her own vegetables......  until Thomas picked the tomatoes. 

Kimba fed on a cocktail of sausages and steak and ... brie.

Sunday with Hunter

Hunter wanted to go 'photographying' today, so we took off down to the botanical gardens and found the herb garden.  Overall the Botanical Gardens in Redcliffe are in pretty rough repair, but the herb garden is looked after by volunteers in the community and its like a little bit of Milly Molly Mandy on the Peninsula.

I am learning how to use templates for blogging.  Here is a practice piece.  I think it looks pretty cool.  Gorgeous boys, I worked with their mother when I first came to Australia.  I was 16.  A lot has changed for both of us.
